aXcelerate is the QFES Student Management System (SMS). All QFES paid staff and volunteers are able to access, deliver, assess and record training using aXcelerate.

The top menu gives you access to your Learner Portal, E-Learning Search, and the help page.

Manage your learning

Once enroled you will manage your learning in your Learner Portal. From here you can:

  • complete assessments
  • complete E-Learning
  • view course resource material
  • download certificates 
  • view academic transcripts

How do I set up my account?

To use aXcelerate you will need to create an account with its own password. When your start with QFES you will receive an email invitation to create an account.

If you are a volunteer, you will have the option to use a personal email address for your aXcelerate account. To change the email address complete this form

​Can’t find your aXcelerate account invitation email?

Please email training.rto@qfes.qld.gov.au with your name, date of birth and your email address. We will email you another invitation to set your aXcelerate account.​

Managers section – how to onboard

Managers cannot enrol team members into courses and E-Learning. Advise your staff member of the courses in which to enrol. They will be able to search the enrolment page and self enrol.
